What we collect, what we do not, and how to reach us.

01 The principle

Quantum Caribbean is a public statutory reference utility. The public calculator runs server-side and returns only statutory figures — no inputs you provide are stored, no results retained, no identifying information captured. There is no signup, no login, no tracking pixel, no behavioural advertising on the public calculator.

02 What we collect

We use privacy-preserving web analytics provided by Vercel. This gives us anonymous, aggregate page-view counts so we know the platform is being used. The analytics service does not set cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not build cross-site profiles of visitors.

We also keep server logs (standard for any website) containing IP addresses and request times. These are retained briefly by our hosting provider and used only for operational diagnostics and abuse prevention.

03 When you contact us

If you email insurers@quantumcaribbean.com, the message is forwarded to a private mailbox operated by the platform founder. We use that information only to respond to your enquiry and do not share it with third parties.

04 Cookies

This website does not use cookies for advertising or behavioural tracking. Authenticated workflows (for insurers and brokers) use only the cookies necessary to keep a logged-in session secure.

05 Legal information

The calculator on this site implements the statutory formulas under the relevant Workmen's Compensation Act for each supported jurisdiction. Results are computed to assist understanding of an entitlement and are not a substitute for professional advice or a binding determination. For a binding determination, consult a qualified claims professional or the relevant statutory authority.
